Adopting AI is a series of decisions. We help you get them right.
Most organizations don’t need more AI enthusiasm — they need someone who has shipped production systems to help them decide what to build, what to buy, what to skip, and what it will actually take to run. That’s what we do: senior, hands-on, vendor-neutral advice, measured by the quality of your decisions a year later.
Offerings
- AI strategy & roadmap — where AI genuinely fits your business (and where it doesn’t), sequenced into a roadmap with costs, risks, and expected returns you can defend to a board.
- Architecture & design review — a technical review of what you’re building or being sold: model choices, data flows, security and privacy posture, failure modes, and operating costs at scale. Delivered as findings you can act on, not a slide deck that flatters everyone.
- Model & vendor selection — an honest evaluation of the build-vs-buy question and the vendor landscape against your requirements. We don’t resell anyone’s platform, so our recommendation is only ever tuned to one thing: your situation.
- Team enablement — working sessions that leave your engineers, analysts, and managers able to build, evaluate, and operate AI systems themselves. Our goal is to make ourselves progressively unnecessary.
- Proof-of-concept guidance — scoping and steering a first pilot so it proves something real: a measurable result on real data in weeks, designed so success has a path to production.
Who it’s for
- Mid-size companies with real operations and data, deciding how AI fits — with or without a data team in place.
- Leadership teams who’ve been pitched a dozen AI platforms and want a technical second opinion with no sales agenda behind it.
- Engineering teams adding AI to an existing product who want an experienced review before decisions harden into architecture.
- Small businesses that have outgrown off-the-shelf — sometimes a consulting conversation is the honest first step before building anything.
How an engagement works
Consulting engagements follow the same three steps as everything we do:
- Imagine — discovery: your business, systems, data, team, and constraints. Short and structured; we’ve done this enough to know which questions matter.
- Design — the deliverable, scoped up front: a roadmap, a review report, a selection recommendation, or an enablement plan — always with concrete next steps and owners.
- Implement — we stay engaged while decisions turn into systems: advising your build, reviewing vendor work, or handing off cleanly to our agency team if you’d rather we build it.
Engagements are fixed-scope with clear deliverables — typically two to eight weeks. Ongoing advisory retainers are available after a first engagement, never before; we’d rather earn that.
