Imagine. Design. Implement.
Our name is a promise about how we work. Every engagement — a website rebuild, an automation, a consulting project — moves through the same three steps, in the same order, with the same rule: you always know where you are, what happens next, and what it costs.
Step 1 — Imagine
This is where most agencies start selling. We start listening.
We meet — at your shop, our office, or on a call — and learn how your business actually runs: where the hours go, where customers fall through the cracks, what you’ve tried before. Then we explore what’s possible, together, in plain English.
What you get:
- A written summary of the problem in your words, so you know we heard you
- A short list of what’s worth doing — and what isn’t, with honest reasons
- A rough sense of cost and effort before anyone commits to anything
What it costs: Nothing. The first conversation is free, always.
Step 2 — Design
The step that kills surprises.
We turn the winning idea into a concrete plan you can see and react to: what it will look like, what it will do, what it connects to, what it costs, and how we’ll both know it worked. For websites that means real page designs; for automations and AI tools, a walkthrough of exactly what will happen and when; for consulting, a scoped deliverable and timeline.
What you get:
- A fixed-scope proposal with a fixed price — not an estimate that grows
- Something visual to react to before anything is built
- A success measure we agree on up front (calls, bookings, hours saved)
What it costs: Quoted plainly at the end of Imagine. If the plan isn’t right, you walk away owning everything we’ve discussed — no strings.
Step 3 — Implement
Where it becomes real — and stays real.
We build, we test with your real cases (not demo data), we launch, and we stay. You see progress as it happens, not at a big reveal. After launch we make sure it keeps working: monitoring, fixes, and a check-in to confirm the results we promised are the results you’re getting.
What you get:
- The finished, working thing — tested with you before it goes live
- Documentation and full access: your accounts, your data, your keys
- Post-launch support and a results check-in against the success measure from Design
What it costs: Whatever we agreed in Design. That’s the point.
Then it repeats
Good technology isn’t a one-time event. Once the first project is paying for itself, most clients come back to the Imagine step with the next bottleneck — and the ongoing subscription clients (see Small Business Enablement) get this loop continuously: every month we imagine, design, and implement a little more.
